Bishop Okeno pose for a photo with CHAK officials on Friday, June 12, 2026
ACK Masaba Dispensary recently welcomed officials from the Christian Health Association of Kenya (CHAK), Mr. Simon Mwangi and Mr. Silas Muchai, who visited to evaluate the facility’s operations and explore opportunities for enhancing healthcare services. The officials were graciously received by the Rt. Rev. Rose Okeno and the Masaba community.
During the meeting, discussions centered on the challenges confronting the dispensary, such as insufficient medical equipment and operational difficulties. The Masaba community expressed gratitude to the Ministry of Health, Butere, for its ongoing support through training initiatives and health programs. They also reflected on the dispensary’s 30-year history since its founding by Bishop Emeritus Horace Etemesi.

CHAK reaffirmed its commitment to supporting faith-based health facilities through partnerships, capacity building, and advocacy, aiming to improve the quality of healthcare delivery.
