The third water project groundbreaking ceremony was held at St. Stephen’s Mulwanda Parish in Namasoli Deanery, Khwisero Archdeaconry.
Members of the Mulwanda community expressed their sincere appreciation to the Rt. Rev. Rose Okeno for recognizing them as beneficiaries of the project. They also extended their gratitude to the ACK Diocese of Butere and its partner, St. Dunstan’s Episcopal Church, for their generosity and support in facilitating the initiative.
The ceremony was attended by the Projects Coordinator, Rev. Elisham Nyamwata, who encouraged the community to take good care of the project. He noted that, if well managed, the water project would not only enhance access to clean water but also serve as a sustainable income-generating initiative for both the parish and the wider Mulwanda community.
