1. Nursing Officer In-charge (1 post)
Terms of employment: 2 years’ contract
Requirements/qualifications
a) i. Either Diploma in community health nursing, diploma in nursing and midwifery or diploma in nursing and mental health from a recognized institution.
ii) Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education
b) Valid practicing license.
c) At least one year working experience.
d) Must be a Christian.
e) At least 24 years of age.
f) Computer literate.
Duties/ Roles
- In charge of all medical services in the facility.
- In charge of all medical staff.
- Represent the facility in all medical forums as per MOH guidelines.
- Ensure daily running of the medical services.
- Ensuring monthly facility and MOH reports are submitted on time.
- Administering of medication.
- Wound cleaning and dressing.
- Excellent staff/ client relationship.
- History taking from the clients.
- Reporting to the dispensary administrator.
- Making and ordering of drugs as per the facility needs.
- Timely decision making in time of emergencies/ patient referrals
- Any other duties delegated or assigned by dispensary administrator

2. Registered Nurse (1 post)
Terms of employment: Two years’ contract
Requirements/qualifications
- Either diploma/ certificate (enrolled nurse) in community nursing, registered nursing and midwifery or registered nursing and mental health from a recognized institution.
- Kenya certificate of secondary education.
- Computer literate.
- Must be a Christian.
- Must be 22 years and above.
- Possess valid practicing license.
- At least one year working experience in a high volume facility.
Roles/ Duties
- Seeing of the clients.
- Administering medication.
- Rendering of MCH/ ANC services.
- Reporting to the nurse in-charge.
- Excellent staff/ clientele relationship.
- Any other services delegated or assigned by nurse in-charge.
