ACK Diocese of Butere is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the position of Mother’s Union
Coordinator.
Relations: Bishop, Administrative Secretary, Missions Director, Communication coordinator, MU Council,
Diocesan Accountant and other Ministry coordinators
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
The Mothers’ Union Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all Women Ministry programs including
widows, young women, young girls and all other women in the Diocese. The MU Coordinator as well
works closely with the other three family ministries; Men, Youths and children. This is driven by MU Motto
which says: “Christian concern for families”.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in counselling psychology, community development, social work or
Gender or any related field. - Three years’ experience in related field.
- Age between 35-50 years.
- Must be a full member of Mothers Union for the last five years.
- Must be computer literate.
- Must have networking and proposal writing skills
- Must be a team player
- Must be a born again and committed Christian
- Must be a communicant member of the Anglican Church of Kenya, with proper understanding of
the Anglican church. - A valid driving license is an added advantage
