The Right Reverend Rose Okeno officially inaugurated the 2025 KAYO Conference of the Anglican Church of Kenya (ACK) Diocese of Butere, which began at Butere Girls High School on Friday, December 26, 2025. The conference aims to equip delegates with biblical teachings and essential life skills.

Additionally, the Diocesan Bishop commissioned 47 candidates into the Kenya Anglican Youth Organisation, urging them to be devoted soldiers of Christ. She encouraged these candidates to serve God diligently and to be exemplary role models within the ministry.
The conference, which commenced on Friday, will conclude on Tuesday, December 30, featuring a lineup of distinguished speakers and Bible expositors.
