Khwisero Deanery has initiated its Mission Week, set to conclude on Sunday, November 30, 2025. The Rural Dean, Rev. Richard Inganga, emphasized that their mission is to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ and to disciple all families within the community.
He highlighted a series of planned activities, including house-to-house evangelism, revival meetings, and guidance and counseling sessions.
Following the official launch service at ACK St. John’s Khwisero Parish on Tuesday afternoon, Rev. Inganga announced that several crusades are also scheduled as part of the mission’s activities. The Mission Week has attracted visitors from the ACK dioceses of Nairobi, Mombasa, and Eldoret, as well as missionaries from CITAM Church in Nairobi, who are being hosted by nine parish vicars within Khwisero Deanery.
The launch service was presided over by the Mulwanda Archdeacon, Ven. Canon Peter Andere, with assistance from the Diocesan Mission Director, Rev. Edward Musungu.
