
The ACK Diocese of Butere bid farewell to Juliet Mbudo Isanda, the outgoing Personal Assistant to the Bishop, who is leaving the diocese to pursue further studies.
In her address, Bishop Rose Okeno expressed her heartfelt gratitude to Juliet for her unwavering dedication and commitment to the diocese. She highlighted Juliet’s exceptional proficiency in both pastoral and administrative roles, noting her ability to effectively connect the staff with the Bishop and keep everyone aligned with their action points.
During the farewell party held on Thursday August 28, 2025 evening at Eshimuli Guest House, Bishop Okeno encouraged Juliet to remain steadfast in her faith and to trust in God’s provision and blessings as she embarks on this new chapter in her life.
“When God brings you to us, we see an opportunity for mentorship. In working with you, I have had the privilege of mentoring you,” remarked the fourth Diocesan Bishop.

In her farewell remarks, Juliet expressed her deep appreciation for the support she received from the staff during her two-and-a-half-year tenure at the diocese. She also extended a warm welcome to the newly appointed Personal Assistant, Grace Ingabo, urging her to serve humbly in the office of the Bishop.
Bishop Okeno concluded the event with prayers for both Juliet and Grace, encouraging Grace to serve diligently and courageously, embodying the spirit of humility in her new role.
