Bishop Rose Okeno has challenged the Butere Community Development Trust to put more focus on sensitization programs that will assist people to understand the importance of saving and investing.
Rt. Rev. Okeno urged the community within the ACK diocese of Butere to capitalize on the available BUCODET programs to grow and invest as they transform through economic empowerment.
With a key message from 1st Cor 3:10-15 of carefully building on an already laid foundation, the bishop also called upon the Bucodet leaders to lay a great foundation as they focus on serving the community.
It was during this meeting that the new Bucodet field officer Naomi Khatenje was officially introduced to the Bucodet PMC.
