Birthdays are wonderful opportunities to celebrate life and give thanks for God’s faithfulness. Mama Luciana Akolo, a devoted servant of St. John’s Mukhombe Parish and a member of the Diocesan Pastoral Committee, has celebrated her 70th birthday surrounded by family, friends, and the Mukhombe fraternity.
The colourful celebration was presided over by the Rt. Rev. Rose Okeno, Bishop of the ACK Diocese of Butere, who preached from Psalm 92 under the theme “Thanksgiving.”
The gathering was filled with joy, fellowship, and gratitude as loved ones celebrated Mama Luciana’s life, faith, and dedicated service to the Church.
