St. Anne’s Mungusi Church of Khwisero Parish joyfully held a Foundation Stone Laying, Consecration, and Confirmation Service presided over by the Rt. Rev. Rose Okeno.
The service marked a significant milestone in the life of the parish as 31 candidates were confirmed into full Anglican membership, publicly affirming their faith and commitment to Jesus Christ and His Church.
Preaching from John 6:24–35, Bishop Rose challenged the congregation to seek the true Bread from heaven, Jesus Christ Himself through genuine faith and belief in Him. She encouraged Christians to examine the reason for following Christ, reminding them that He is the Bread of Life, and that all who come to Him and believe in Him will never hunger or thirst
