On Thursday, June 4, 2026 Bishop Rose of the ACK Diocese of Butere and the Mothers Union Council together with the Diocesan Staff visited the family of Rev. Josephine to extend their condolences and offer support during this challenging time following the passing of her beloved aunt.
The late aunt was more than just a relative to Rev. Josephine; she was a guardian and parental figure, providing care, guidance, and unwavering support throughout her life. Her nurturing influence significantly shaped Rev. Josephine into the person and servant of God she is today.
During the visit, the Diocese of Butere fraternity expressed their deepest sympathies to the bereaved family, assuring them of the Diocese’s prayers and support. They encouraged the family to draw strength from God’s promises and find solace in the hope of the resurrection.
As the family prepares to lay their loved one to rest on Friday, June 5, 2026, the Diocese remains committed to upholding Rev. Josephine and her family in prayer, trusting that God will grant them peace, comfort, and strength during this season of grief.
“And God will wipe their tears….” (Rev. 21:4)
