Bishop Rose Okeno of the ACK Diocese of Butere has urged the Diocesan staff to prioritize the organization’s vision and mission in their professional duties. She emphasized that a well-defined vision provides clarity and direction, enabling progress. Bishop Rose also encouraged the staff to embrace teamwork in their efforts to benefit the diocese.

These remarks were made during the Diocesan staff party, which Bishop Rose presided over on Tuesday morning at the Canon Awori Garment Making Hall, located at the Diocesan headquarters. She further called on the staff to take responsibility and excel in their respective roles across the diocese’s functional departments.

Staff members from various sectors, including Eshimuli Guest House, Namasoli Hospital, BUCODET, AICMAR, diocesan departments, the bishop’s office, and CAGAMA committed to implementing her advice as they approach the new year. The gathering also provided an opportunity for team bonding and the exchange of gifts in anticipation of the Christmas and New Year celebrations.
