The esteemed Evangelist, Margaret Adongo Inyangala, was laid to rest at her residence in Shiatsala, Butere Sub-county. She was remembered as a matriarch who devoted her life to the service of God’s ministry. Her family, led by Buchenya Archdeacon Ven. Daniel Inyangala, highlighted her unwavering commitment to instilling the values of faithfulness and service to God in her children.

Ven. Inyangala commended his late mother for her relentless efforts in providing for the family’s needs. Margaret Adongo Inyangala served as a lay reader and later as an evangelist at various churches, including the Shianda parish.

The service was officiated by Rev. Canon Silas Hopillo, the Diocesan Administrative Secretary of the ACK Diocese of Butere. Drawing from Revelation 22:14-15, Canon Silas urged the congregation to seek God to gain the right to the tree of life, while cautioning against immorality, idol worship, and falsehood.

Several clergy members, including Mulwanda Archdeacon Ven. Peter Andere and Shiatsala Rural Dean Rev. Harrison Etindi, were present to offer their condolences to the family of Archdeacon Inyangala.
