The Right Reverend Rose Okeno confirmed sixty candidates at the ACK St. Mathew’s Bululwe parish during a midweek service on the morning of Thursday, November 6, 2025. Bishop Rose welcomed the candidates to the ministry, urging them to dedicate their lives to God.

Drawing inspiration from Luke 15: 1-10, the bishop delivered a message titled “Finding the lost pieces of our Lives,” encouraging the congregation to ensure inclusivity within God’s ministry. She expressed gratitude to the parish for being one of the most exemplary in God’s service.

Bishop Rose also reminded the congregation of the importance of registering as voters to elect competent leaders when the time comes. She cautioned against voter apathy and the acceptance of bribes, emphasizing that such actions lead to poor leadership, which contradicts God’s will.

The bishop was hosted by the Mulwanda Archdeacon, Venerable Peter Andere, Shiraha Deanery Rural Dean, Reverend Harisson Mirikau, and the parish vicar, Reverend Florence Ashindu, along with other clergy members from the Shiraha Deanery.
