Bishop Rose Okeno of the ACK Diocese of Butere is encouraging the year 2025 candidates preparing for national examinations to invite God to journey with them as they undertake their exams. The Rt. Rev. Rose emphasized that God can remove obstacles and provide support during challenging times.
She delivered this message on Thursday while presiding over the Dedication Ceremony at Booker Academy and Junior School, held in the school’s hall. She urged the candidates to fully commit themselves to God. Drawing inspiration from Philippians 3:12-14, she advised against dwelling on past failures and encouraged focusing on the future with optimism.

The dedication service also doubled as a graduation ceremony for PP2, Grade 6, and Grade 9 students. Additionally, the bishop commended the students for their high academic achievements and praised the teachers for their exemplary work in nurturing the students.
Booker Academy is recognized as a leading academic institution both in Kakamega County and nationally.
