Dr. Prince Singh, currently visiting the ACK Diocese of Butere, is encouraging school principals to reconnect with their foundational calling to service and to seek their deeper purpose. He emphasized that God has appointed teachers to be diligent in their secular roles, serving as secular shepherds to their students.
Furthermore, Dr. Prince urged the school leaders to move away from blame and complaints, advocating instead for a spirit of gratitude. Drawing inspiration from the Book of Matthew, he encouraged them to practice forgiveness regularly as a vital aspect of their leadership.
These remarks were made at a breakfast fellowship for ACK sponsored schools principals, which took place on Thursday September 4, 2025, morning at St. Luke’s Cathedral, in the presence of Bishop Rose Okeno. The Bishop expressed her gratitude to Dr. Prince for his encouraging words and welcomed the new principals to the diocesan fellowship, urging them to collaborate in the pursuit of academic excellence.

In response, the principals, led by Canon Luke Ogolla, thanked Bishop Rose for organizing the fellowship and committed to establishing it as a regular practice that fosters unity among school leaders as they navigate their challenges.
Later in the afternoon, Dr. Prince, accompanied by his wife Atoholi, engaged with young mothers at St. Luke’s Cathedral, offering encouragement to remain faithful and grateful to God. Together, they are leading a new initiative called Way Out, which aims to empower single women, particularly widows and youth from marginalized communities in India, Africa, and beyond. This organization addresses the significant challenges faced by these groups, including limited access to education, entrepreneurship, and leadership opportunities.
