Bishop Rose Okeno has urged Christians to remain steadfast in prayer and diligent in reading the Bible as they strive to seek God’s kingdom.

The Right Reverend Okeno emphasized the importance of staying vigilant against the rise of false prophets who aim to lead believers astray from the path of righteousness.

She emphasized that immersing oneself in the teachings of the Bible is crucial in discerning between the true gospel and misleading doctrines.

Drawing from the book of 2 Thessalonians chapter three, Bishop Okeno encouraged the faithful to maintain their trust in the Lord while eagerly anticipating His return.

These words were delivered during a rededication and Holy Communion service at the ACK St. Paul’s Shirotsa church, where Bishop Okeno expressed gratitude to the congregation for their efforts in renovating the church for more effective worship services.

In addition, Vicar Rodah Isomi of Ikomero parish thanked the bishop for leading the service despite her busy December schedule.
