Bishop Rose Okeno has encouraged diocesan members of the clergy to observe the diocesan mission and vision for them to reach more souls.

Rt. Rev. Okeno urged pure dedication in the ministry of Christ as they preach the gospel.

In her address during the Butere diocesan clergy chapter held at ACK Emmanuel Eshibembe parish on Wednesday, July 2024, bishop Okeno emphasized the importance of visionary servantship and service to the entire diocese.

The meeting was also attended by the diocesan administrative secretary canon Silas Hopilo who urged the clergy to work closely with their archdeacons because they directly represent the bishop in the ministry work.

The monthly diocesan clergy chapter meeting is aimed at reflecting on the steps attained by the members of the clergy in God’s ministry.
