The ACK Butere diocese bishop Rose Okeno has urged the new school principal at ACK Inaya Secondary Laban Muganzi to build a strong system of operations that will assist him in excelling in the general school’s academic excellence.

Rt. Rev. Okeno noted that a strong team divided into responsive roles will assist Mr. Muganzi in achieving high standards as he plans to position his team members in the right positions.

“Our main focus is academic excellence just like the disciples were focused on the proclamation of the gospel of Christ. Build strong systems of operations so that there is no breakdown,” said the bishop.

In her sermon on Tuesday morning during the induction service of Mr. Muganzi as the new principal at the school, the bishop also advised the parents to cooperate with the new administrator in achieving the best for their students.

In addition, the charismatic fourth Butere diocesan bishop also warned the principal to expect destruction advising him to remain strong and focus on his main objective of excellence.

“Don’t let destruction destroy your focus. There will be challenges of parents not paying fees but that should not deter you from your agenda,” advised Rt. Rev. Okeno.

Her sermon from the book of ACTS 6:1-6 focused on servant leadership and service to mankind.

Mr. Muganzi promised to work with all stakeholders in the education sector to assist the 320 population school move to the next level as they aim to achieve the best results in academics.
