The Diocese is committed to enhancing the capabilities of parish executives in their executive roles across the 51 parishes.

Today, Parish Executives training took place at St. Luke’s Cathedral, where Bishop urged attendees to understand that the effectiveness of their leadership within the parishes is closely tied to the authenticity of their relationship with God.

Emphasizing that resource mobilization and thanksgiving go beyond monetary aspects, the Bishop highlighted the importance of prioritizing people as the primary resource. She e emphasized that as recipients of grace and information, we are entrusted with proclaiming the ministry of Christ. It was underscored that genuine relationship with God is indispensable for effective parish leadership.
