Bishopโs Message , titled “The Power of a Thankful Heart,” underscored the significance of gratitude to God in shaping our lives. In conjunction with this theme, the Bishop formally inducted Revd. Emily Weswa as the chaplain of Butere Girls National School. Amidst expressions of gratitude to God, the school celebrated numerous achievements, such as 555 students qualifying for university admission, exceptional performance in Biology at the national level, and clinching national championships in girls’ basketball ๐ and football โฝ. Acknowledging academic excellence, the School Board of Management, led by Lady Justice Hellen Wasilwa presented laptops to 13 students who achieved a mean grade of ‘A’ plain in 2023 national Exams.Additionally, the school extended appreciation to the church for its spiritual support by gifting the church a keyboard ๐น.
