In a splendid service that resonated with divine inspiration, the Kenya Anglican Women Fellowship (KAWF) celebrated a momentous milestone today as Bishop Rose presided over the commissioning of 39 remarkable women at the revered St. Luke’s Cathedral. Under the wise and gracious guidance of Bishop Rose, this gathering marked the pinnacle of a commissioning journey spanning six deaneries within the diocese, where a total of 845 women have been commissioned.ย 

The Bishop’s sermon, drawing inspiration from the sacred passages of Psalm 106:1-23, Leviticus 23:9-14, and John 4:1-30, echoed through the sacred halls, emphasizing the profound roles that women play in the church’s mission and outreach endeavors.
