Amidst great anticipation and enthusiasm, The Rt. Rev. Rose Okeno formally inaugurates the Annual Diocesan Youth Conference at Butere Girls High School. The event boasts an impressive lineup of Guest Speakers, including Canon Richard Mayabi, Rev. Fredrick Kodia, Rev. Naphtali Siwa, Dr. Wafula, and Bishop Esendi. Their presence promises to bring insightful and inspiring messages to the youth.
This year’s conference revolves around the theme “Connect to the Vine” (John 15:4), urging the youth to draw closer to their spiritual source, Jesus Christ, and find strength, purpose, and growth in their faith.
The atmosphere is vibrant, with over 700 delegates in attendance, each eager to partake in the enriching sessions, interactive discussions, and moments of spiritual renewal.
